Tension Igniting Between India & China at Indo-Chinese Ladakh Border
From the past few days, due to many face-offs between Indian and Chinese soldiers at the north-eastern border, stress between the two countries is advancing.
It is happening on account of the following sceneries:
- On 5-6 May, the Indo-Chinese troops reportedly came into conflict in the Finger-5 area of Ladakh border near Pangong Tso.
- On May 10, again, the troops got into an unarmed fight at the Nathu La area of Sikkim.
Both the clashes happened due to the disputed land issues, and now, China is excessively increasing its force at the Ladakh border.
Such clashes are frequent in the Line of Actual Control (LAC) area between the duo countries; however, they sort out as soon as they arise after dialogues between the officials at the border.
But, this time it seems different: Reports say that the situation is being closely observed by the senior officials, including the National Security Advisor Ajit Doval.
Let’s hope that the stress between India and China drains off at the earliest.
